Her career spans UBS, Credit Suisse, UCO Bank, BNY Mellon, and Accenture, with expertise across Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk, Stress Testing, Risk Governance, and Risk & Finance Data Transformation.
As Visiting Faculty at premier B-schools, Venus has trained students in Financial Risk Management, combining rigorous academic frameworks with the realities of financial markets and global banking.
As founder of Maahir Institute, she brings this unique practitioner-and-academician perspective to FRM preparation — helping students understand not just what a formula does, but why it matters, when it works, where it fails, and how it is applied in the real world.
